6 days to go and counting!

Excitement is building up as we leave in less than a week and Ben Ho has done a terrific job in setting up this website. A few things at this stage:

Final tour meeting and issue of tour uniform cabin bags is now at 5.00p.m. on Monday 1 December. All the tour party must be there. We should be finished by 6.00 p.m.

Please check arrangements for final rehearsals and performances for the carol services (years10 &11) and Celebration (all senior choir) before we leave!!

Finally an important message from Rob Latimer.
A little reminder (for the girls!) that shampoo is not provided at the Hotel Etap when we’re in Paris. (Boys are encouraged to provide their own shampoo too!!)

Hi Everyone,

Only two weeks to go before the 2008 Music Tour Group departs.

Welcome to our website.

The aim of this site is to document our journey for friends and family back home.

Ben Ho has done an excellent job designing this and I’m sure we can look forward to some informative posts throughout the trip.

Don’t forget the tour meeting this wednesday evening at 8pm.

A major event this year.

This year, Barker was fortunate to compete in Channel 7’s “Battle of the Choirs”. We were one of 16 choirs in the show. Many hours were spent rehearsing, choreographing and coordinating our repertoire. We were knocked out in the quarter final stage.
